We are a small family business and do not have the resources to receive telephone calls. We find that we can offer a much better service to our customers via email and will respond very quickly to all enquiries sent via the contact form below.
Please note, we only supply seeds for delivery to the UK and Ireland.
Delivery charges are calculated on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You can view your delivery charge by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on the 'Cart' page. All orders are usually dispatched the next working working day and are delivered either via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery (3-5 working day service) or Parcel Courier (depending on size and weight). Our website is powered by Shopify eCommerce which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Shopify are very serious about securely hosting our online store and have invested significant time and money to certify their solution is PCI compliant. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal which are processed through secure payment processing systems. For larger corporate orders we can issue a pro-forma invoice and can accept BAC's payment. Sorry, we are unable to accept payment over the telephone or by personal Cheque.
Sow Seeds are not VAT registered and therefore no VAT will be charged on your order. All seeds that are specifically grown to produce food of a kind for human consumption or animal feed are zero-rated.
